Overnight Front Desk Attendant We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting guests during overnight hours, managing front desk operations, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout the night. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations Manage online and phone bookings accurately Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and the local area Monitor the property to ensure guest safety and security overnight Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Process payments and verify credit card information Maintain accurate guest records and complete nightly reports/logs Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and presentable Qualifications Availability to work overnight shifts (Friday night through Wednesday morning) Previous front desk, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred Experience Prior hotel or hospitality front desk experience Familiarity with reservation or property management systems Experience working overnight shifts and comfort with a nighttime schedule If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
