Overnight LVN/RN Adult Private Duty Nursing Placerville Trach / Possible Vent

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable LVNs and RNs for a high-acuity adult private duty nursing case in the Placerville area. This is a unique opportunity to provide true 1:1 care in a home setting for an adult patient transitioning from the hospital following complex respiratory complications related to cancer treatment. Current needs are primarily overnight shifts: 8pm-8am or 9pm-9am Full-time and part-time opportunities available Consistent long-term schedule anticipated Patient care may include: Trach care Airway/secretion management Aspiration precautions Respiratory monitoring Possible ventilator support Medication administration Overnight safety monitoring and family respite support This case is ideal for nurses who: Prefer 1:1 patient care Enjoy independent nursing Are comfortable caring for adult patients in a home setting Have trach or ventilator experience (preferred but not required for all positions) Want stable overnight hours Value building strong relationships with patients and families

Requirements:

Active California LVN or RN license Current BLS certification Reliable transportation Home care, trach, respiratory, or critical care experience preferred
