Overnight Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Overnight Manager to lead our team during the night shift, ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of daily activities, managing inventory, recieving and upholding store standards after hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. Duties Oversee all store operations during the overnight shift, including opening procedures, cash handling, and closing activities. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Manage inventory controls, receiving merchandise, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation standards. Utilize POS systems for sales processing, pricing adjustments, and transaction accuracy. Monitor store safety protocols, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage policies, tasks, and administrative responsibilities related to shift operations. Demonstrate effective communication skills with staff, customers, and management. Experience, Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within retail environments. Strong background in retail sales management, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory control. Experience in managing POS systems, cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail marketing techniques and promotional activities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during overnight shifts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous, (not required) for effective communication in diverse settings. Prior experience in shift management within grocery stores or similar retail outlets is preferred.
