Position Summary:
The Overnight Odin Ambassador (5pm-5am) serves as the on-site representative of Odin, operating with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring seamless compliance with site access protocols, credential verification, and workforce support. This role is a key interface between field operations and Odin's centralized support structure, delivering training, compliance oversight, and first-line technical assistance.

Designed to bring real-time visibility, credential assurance, and wage compliance to complex job sites, Odin empowers construction management teams with tools to eliminate ghost workers, reduce onboarding time, and ensure every person on-site is authorized and certified. Key features of the Odin system include: Real-Time Access Control with digital badges, QR code stickers, and biometric options Credential Verification/Access Management with automated alerts for credential expirations or gaps, and the ability to ban, suspend, and offboard bad actors. Digitized Worker Self-Onboarding Tools supporting multiple languages and mobile check-in Workforce Activity and Visibility Dashboards showing live headcounts, trades, and compliance status Wage Assurance Integration ensuring full transparency and legal alignment across subcontractors The Odin Ambassador is the critical human link between Odin's powerful digital platform and the day-to-day operations of the construction site. They serve not only as technical support and trainer but also as the professional and courteous frontline guide for ensuring workforce and site compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Control and Credential Verification:
Monitor gate access protocols using Odin's digital badge and credentialing tools Verify all on-site personnel are properly credentialed and in compliance Process visitors and manage the visitor badging and credentialing process Maintain vigilance at gates and turnstiles to ensure compliance with site access protocols
Onboarding and Training:
Train new workers and contractors on the use of Odin's platform Assist with worker onboarding, including documentation and digital setup Ensure understanding and proper use of temporary badges and vehicle entry forms Support the onboarding process in multiple languages when necessary
Issue Management and Escalation:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical or operational issues Troubleshoot on-site access problems and assist in resolving credential mismatches Work with the Odin operations team to resolve access issues promptly Escalate unresolved problems through the support chain: Field ➝ Ambassador ➝ Odin Support ➝
Engineer Customer Relationship and Representation:
Act as Odin's on-site presence, representing the brand with professionalism and precision Address customer service issues promptly, providing timely communication and resolution Collect feedback from field users to inform Odin product and service enhancements
Performance Expectations:
Courteously maintain accurate and consistent compliance with gate access and credential protocols Streamline worker and visitor onboarding processes to reduce delays and errors Rapidly resolve access issues in coordination with operations and support teams Uphold Odin's brand and service standards at every level of field interaction
Key Qualifications:
Performance will be evaluated based on the following competencies:

Maintains ethical oversight of site activity and ensures consistent compliance with site protocols
Courtesy and Professionalism:
Treats all site personnel with respect and professionalism, maintaining Odin's standards of conduct and customer trust
Excellence:
Demonstrates deep knowledge of Odin tools and processes; ensures flawless execution in the field
Accountability:
Takes full ownership of site-level responsibilities, ensuring prompt action and resolution
Teamwork:
Collaborates fluidly with Odin staff, customers, and field workers to maintain a compliant and efficient site Those working 32 hours or more per week, will also receive $150/month performance bonus per officer, tied to three measurable criteria: Attendance, Consistent clock in/out of the ODIN system, Punctuality.
Pay:
$27.00 per hour
