OVERNIGHT RESIDENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

(part time) Upscale Retirement Community in Rexford has immediate opening for: Resident Services Associate•overnight Part time, every other Friday and Saturday, 11:30pm•7:30am (3rd shift) The Resident Services Associate is a key player in our Resident Services Team. He or she is responsible for the warm, courteous, and efficient operation of the front desk, walking patrols of the Community, and must be willing and able to assist both residents and visitors to the facility. May involve light housekeeping and/or maintenance tasks. As Resident Services Associates provide point-of-entry support to the entire facility and are likely the first person a visitor will see, exceptional customer service skills are a must and are to be demonstrated at all times. As person-centered care is prized in out facility, Resident Services Associates must be able to perform all of their duties in a caring, flexible, personalized manner. A love of working with seniors and a passion for bringing healing and hope to the lives of residents and their loved ones is a must. Furthermore, a positive attitude and pleasant disposition are essential. Resident Service Associates must be able to work cooperatively with others. Dependability, accountability, and integrity, are necessary for effective performance. A High School Diploma/GED is required. Current New York State driver's License and clean driving record are required for operation of company-owned vehicle. Previous experience in a security or customer-service oriented environment is preferred.
