Registered Nurse (RN) - Overnight Shift Coolidge, AZ | Full-Time We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight clinical team in a residential healthcare setting in Coolidge, Arizona. This is a full-time overnight position with consistent scheduling, overtime opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. Schedule Friday - Tuesday (no exceptions) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Potential for 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays Frequent overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Provide overnight nursing care and clinical oversight Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor individuals for changes in condition and respond appropriately Complete accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to medical incidents and follow-up care needs Maintain compliance with nursing standards and facility policies Qualifications Active Arizona RN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently overnight Experience in residential care, behavioral health, long-term care, or developmental disability settings preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent full-time overnight schedule Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Meaningful and rewarding work #IND2
