Overnight Stock Associate

Duties Unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of heavy items. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and update stock records in real-time. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves or storage areas, maintaining proper merchandising standards. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks. Support packaging, labeling, and preparing products for the sales floor or distribution. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations and communicate effectively across shifts. Perform routine maintenance on equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure operational safety. Provide excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments, including retail sales and customer service teams. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred. Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification a plus), and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members or customers. Knowledge of retail math, grocery store procedures, or merchandising is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment. Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision.
