JOB SUMMARY
This job performs clerical support for functional groups in accordance with standard procedures, such as copying, preparing and distributing mail, inventory, data entry, filing, faxing and retrieving documents, indexing and scanning/imaging documents. May also include, performing calculations, compiling and maintaining records, posting and verifying information, and resolving questions and problems. Online processing system(s) may be used to perform one or more these clerical functions. The Clerk also resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of internal and external customers. Incumbent is expected to meet quality and production standard established by management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate effectively while interacting with internal/external customers. Prepare, sort and distribute mail, inventory, and reports. Enter data/statistics into database or reports. Monitor, track and review inventory. Additional clerical duties may include, but are not limited to: photocopying and responding to incoming phone calls including transferring caller to the appropriate department. Other duties as assigned or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma/GED 5-10 years of related, progressive experience

If servicing DoD programs, the following may be required: United States citizenship (as required by the Department of Defense) Successful attainment of a Department of Defense DIACAP security clearance. Preferred None Language (Other than English):

$19.66
Pay Range Maximum:
$27.42 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
