Our program is designed to help young adults build careers and achieve financial stability by combining technical training, real-world job experience, and supportive services. You'll start with tech training, where you'll learn skills like coding, website development, and data analysis. You'll also develop workplace skills like communication, professional posture, and public speaking. While you train, you'll earn $30 for each full day you attend and module completion bonuses totaling $1,125 . After the training begins your six-month internship , working 25 hours a week at $15.92 an hour .
