Practice Overview You'll join a physician-owned, multispecialty group with a collaborative team of OB/GYNs, CNMs, and WHNPs Balanced 50/50 OB-GYN mix with flexibility to tailor your clinical focus Strong procedural volume including C-sections, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, hysterectomies, and pelvic floor procedures Established referral base with little to no local competition and immediate patient demand Schedule 4-day workweek offering strong work-life balance 1-2 OR days per week with block time available 1:4 call rotation, including weekends, with post-call flexibility Manageable clinic volume with consistent delivery volume each month Compensation & Benefits $350,000 base salary with production incentives and long-term earning potential Partner track after 2 years with income potential reaching $700K-$800K Up to $30,000 in sign-on and relocation assistance, plus training stipend options 5 weeks
