Packaging Line Worker Job Description The Packaging Line Worker operates in a fast-paced production facility, supporting the production line with packaging, labeling, and loading finished products. This role also assists with basic quality checks and related tasks to ensure products meet established standards and are prepared for timely shipment. Responsibilities Support the production line by packaging products according to established procedures and quality standards. Label finished products accurately and consistently to ensure proper identification and traceability. Load finished products onto pallets, carts, or designated areas for storage or shipment. Assist with basic quality checks on products and packaging to verify they meet required specifications. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while working on the production line. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow and safe operations. Assist with general production, assembly, material handling, and warehouse tasks as needed. Help with loading and unloading materials or products when required. Work assigned shifts reliably and flexibly, including additional hours when needed to meet production demands. Essential Skills Experience with production, assembly, or packaging tasks. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Consistent and stable job tenure demonstrating reliability and commitment. Strong availability, reliability, and flexibility to work assigned shifts. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior production or assembly line experience. Experience with material handling, warehouse operations, and loading/unloading. Willingness to work additional hours when needed to support production demands. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Attention to detail when performing labeling and quality checks. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a semi climate-controlled production facility with a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Work is performed on or around production and packaging lines, involving standing for extended periods and handling materials and finished products. Standard shifts run Monday through Friday with three primary shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Weekend shifts are also available:

Weekend AM (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and Weekend PM (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). Saturday work is usually voluntary. The environment emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with expectations for appropriate, practical attire suitable for a production and warehouse setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Okarche, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
