Packaging Operator, 12 hour shift- Monday- Wednesday- 9 am-9 pm

Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspection Carefully examine baked goods for defects, ensuring uniformity in size, appearance, and quality before packaging. Adhere to internal quality rules.
• Packaging & Labeling Place products into appropriate pre-formed film, bags, boxes, or bins. Apply accurate labels including ingredients, weight, and allergen information when labelled manually. Adhere to internal labeling rules & procedures for packing products.
• Inventory Use proper materials (film, boxes, bags, clips, tape, etc.) to pack baked goods. Return proper materials to designated staging areas. Ahere to internal Inventory rules.
• Sanitation Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent cross-contamination. Daily, weekly, monthly, etc., cleaning tasks from MSS are assigned daily. Adhere to strict hygiene rules & procedures.
• Observance of HACCP, GMP's, allergen, glass and knife management.
• Observance of Safety Guidelines, Hygiene Guidelines & Internal Work Rules.
• All other duties as assigned Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to see color.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend and stretch
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to tolerate repetitive hand motions to pack bread products and move packaging materials
