Packaging Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Packer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves preparing pharmaceutical products for distribution by accurately packaging and labeling items in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, contributing to the safety and well-being of our customers. Responsibilities Carefully inspect and verify pharmaceutical products before packaging to ensure accuracy and quality. Pack medications into appropriate containers following specific guidelines and procedures. Label packages correctly with required information, including batch numbers and expiration dates. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to meet safety and hygiene standards. Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the packing process. Document packaging activities accurately, including batch records and inventory logs. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels. Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow precise instructions and adhere to strict quality standards. Basic understanding of GMP, safety procedures, and pharmaceutical regulations is preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
