In this role, you will learn our business from the ground up allowing you the opportunity to grow and advance within the company as your knowledge does. This entry level position offers an environment where your mechanical aptitude and warehouse experience will contribute directly to our operational success. Responsibilities Weigh and pack finished rolls, labeling finished rolls Assist production line start ups and shut downs as needed Perform spot checks for accuracy of product weights Help verify accuracy of labeling on finished rolls Conduct quality checks to verify correct labeling, product integrity, and compliance with specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe working environment Assist slitter operator installing paper cores and other tasks needed Requirements Must be able to work 12 hour shifts Must be able to work in heat/cold conditions Must be able to work in team environment Basic understanding safety and quality guidelines Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts; ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
