Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Packaging & Material Handler to join our team. This hybrid role involves assisting in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment, as well as managing inventory and materials throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with packaging products according to company standards and customer requirements. Label, seal, and inspect products for accuracy and quality. Handle, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently. Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking materials as needed. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals. Operate material handling equipment (carts, pallet jacks, forklifts if certified). Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse roles is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
