Packing Plant Manager Mook Sea Farm - Walpole, ME Full-Time | Year-Round | Benefits Included Lead Operations at One of Maine's Oyster Farms Mook Sea Farm is hiring a Packing Plant Manager to oversee daily oyster processing, shipping, inventory, and team operations at our Walpole, Maine facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys fast-paced operational work, team coordination, problem solving, and balancing physical work with organization and planning. You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure wholesale oyster orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely. What You'll Do Lead daily packing plant operations and supervise a small production team Coordinate oyster sorting, packing, inventory, and shipping Ensure orders are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards Train and support employees in operational procedures and safety practices Maintain organized workflows, sanitation standards, and inventory records Work collaboratively with operations and sales leadership Help improve systems and operational efficiency over time You Might Be a
