Job Description

The Role The client seeks a full-time Padel Coach to join the team on-site in Austin, TX. The coach will report to the Director of Padel (DOP) and communicate with General Manager (GM) and is responsible for teaching and assisting the DOP with padel programming, instruction, and space operations. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, quality, and future of padel in the U.S.

Ensure consistent and predictable padel experience across all programming disciplines Ensure all padel programming reflects The Padel Collective's hospitality philosophy and brand standards Responsibilities Teaching & Programming Teach at least 25 hours a week of private and group lessons, lead clinics, and ensure top-tier instructional quality Assist DOP with padel programming including clinics, leagues, private lessons, seasonal camps, and special events, optimizing court utilization and revenue Assist DOP with developing and running scheduled padel programs, clinics, tournaments, exhibitions and leagues Provide feedback on player demand and programming opportunities Track progress of regular Guests and recommend appropriate clinics and leagues Operations & Administration Oversee court reservation systems and program registrations Support front desk operations and assist with Guest communications when needed Collaborate with the Team on programming calendars, closures, and special announcements Enforce club policies and procedures and support team development Space Oversight & Guest Experience Maintain playing areas, ensure courts and equipment are in excellent condition Foster a welcoming community identifying and building relationship with regular Guests Be visible during peak hours and build genuine rapport with Guests Ensure on-brand demeanor and our hospitality standards when interacting with Team and Guests Gather Guest feedback and always improve the collective experience Take ownership of club cleanliness, functionality, and appearance Who We Are Looking For What You Bring Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of racquet sports teaching/coaching experience Experience in building and managing racquet sports programs (leagues, clinics, tournaments) Padel Certification (PCR or equivalent) or willingness to become certified within 3 months WPR rating of 10.0 + or college tennis level playing experience preferred USTA Safe Play certification required Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred Proven ability to lead programs and coach players with high standards Proficiency in padel rules and instruction preferred Spanish a strong plus.
