PAF Transportation an employee-owned company that has a driver-oriented team is seeking a Class B or a Non CDL delivery driver for the Bangor Maine location to perform local deliveries and pick

• ups in central Maine.

Deliveries include both commercial and residential. This position is home daily, works Monday to Friday with weekends off. All day drivers will be in a rotation to cover night drivers vacations. PAF offers a modern, clean facility, modern equipment, competitive compensation package and daily home time. Our drivers must be at least 21 years old. We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 1 year commercial box truck driving experience. A Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain in 90 days is preferred We are looking for drivers with a stable work record and strong work ethic to add to our exceptional team. Safe driving records (MVR as well as previous employers) are required for our employees. All drivers must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, FMCSA Clearinghouse (if applicable)and meet DOT medical requirements for a one

• Safely operate a Non CDL Box truck or CDL B vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport goods and materials to designated locations following specified routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or delays encountered during transportation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise during transportation, ensuring the safety of both cargo and personnel.
