We are recruiting a Pain Management & Regenerative Medicine Physician to lead and grow our interventional and regenerative service lines. You will inherit a busy, established panel and a fully built-out infrastructure — with the autonomy and support to scale this into one of the premier regenerative pain programs in the region. What you'll walk into onDay One:
1,300+ active patient panel with consistent inbound demand and high internal referral rate In-house fluoroscopy suite for image-guided injections, RFA, joint and spine procedures State-licensed ambulatory care facility built for procedural volume Multi-location footprint with active expansion into Monmouth County and beyond Fully staffed clinical support team — MAs, scribes, front desk, billing/RCM, and prior auth handled Integrated EMR (CureMD) with custom reporting, eSign, Surescripts, and UB-04 billing infrastructure Marketing engine — dedicated Growth & Marketing Lead, content production, community partnerships MSO/PE-readiness infrastructure — a platform built for scale, not a lifestyle practiceWHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform the full spectrum of fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional pain procedures: Cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and caudal epidural steroid injections (interlaminar and transforaminal) Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and cooled RFA Sacroiliac joint injections Sympathetic blocks — stellate ganglion, lumbar sympathetic, celiac plexus, hypogastric plexus Peripheral and genicular nerve blocks Trigger point injections Intra-articular and bursa injections Beyond the procedural scope: Build and lead our regenerative medicine program — PRP, stem cell / orthobiologics, prolotherapy, peptide therapy, and regenerative protocols for spine, joint, tendon, and sports injuries Lead SCS and peripheral nerve stimulator trials and implants where credentialed Manage acute, chronic, post-surgical, cancer-related, and complex regional pain syndromes Drive clinical innovation — we back you with capital, marketing, and operational support Mentor MA training, scribe development, and onboard additional regenerative providers Co-manage patients across PT, chiro, acupuncture, hormone optimization, weight management, podiatry, and the Athletic Recovery Center Practice responsible opioid stewardship per CDC, NJPMP, and Madison Medical protocols Help shape the future — input on satellite expansion, MSO acquisitions, and new service linesWHO YOU ARE MD
from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Sports Medicine, or related specialty (ABMS or ABA Pain Medicine pathway) Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management (preferred) and/or substantial regenerative medicine experience Active or eligible NJ medical license, DEA, and NJ CDS Proficient with fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures Working knowledge of NJ controlled substance prescribing, NJPMP, and CDC opioid guidelines Hungry and innovative — you want to build something, not maintain something Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee Patient-obsessed — outstanding bedside manner, communication, and follow-through Team player — collaborate well across disciplines and respect operations Comfortable with metrics — KPIs, panel growth, conversion, and outcome tracking motivate you Comfort with an out-of-network and cash-pay practice model Familiarity with EMR platforms; CureMD a plusPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SCS/PNS

Option A — W-2 Employed + Production Incentive For physicians who want predictable income, full benefits, and incentive pay tied to clinical productivity. Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and procedural scope Bi-monthly incentive bonus calculated as a percentage of net collections attributable to your services — uncapped Sign-on bonus negotiable; relocation assistance available Medical, dental, and vision through Paychex Flex 401(k) with employer contribution Generous PTO, paid holidays, and dedicated CME days Annual CME stipend Occurrence-based malpractice fully paid by the practice License, DEA, NJ CDS, board certification, and society dues reimbursed Option B — 1099 Independent Contractor / Revenue Share Partnership For physicians who want maximum earning ceiling, partnership-style autonomy, and tax flexibility of an LLC/PC structure. 1099 Independent Contractor (W-9 / LLC or PC structure preferred) Tiered percentage of net collections attributable to services rendered; specific percentage finalized in the IC Agreement and may scale with monthly thresholds Monthly disbursement with transparent reconciliation report Uncapped earning ceiling Eligible for revenue share on regenerative and ancillary service lines per the executed agreement Practice provides space, fluoroscopy/ultrasound, sterile supplies, MAs, scribes, billing/RCM, prior auth, scheduling, EMR, marketing engine, and full administrative support Contractor provides personal license, DEA, NJ CDS, board certification, society memberships, malpractice, and applicable taxes Mutually agreed schedule; initial term with renewal options; reasonable non-solicitation provisions Equity & Partnership Track — Available Under Both Structures Regardless of which compensation model you choose, the right candidate has access to a transparent equity participation and partnership track as the platform scales.GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
