Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating Specialist

We are currently looking to hire one or two people for our Mobile Detailing Company to start doing mobile Ceramic Coatings and Paint Corrections.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the jobs. Knowledge of entire process of prepping a car, polishing the car, and ceramic coating the car. (Not worried about how long you've done it for, more looking for someone who is already trained in all aspects). Looking for Full Time, Part Time, or seasonal. (Preferably someone that wants to grow with the company long term). If you have your own equipment you're more than welcome to use it, but if not we can provide it. Pay will be a mix between hourly, commission, and added bonuses for successful jobs completed and getting customers to fill out reviews. (Will also have the ability to upsell customers for commission based pay).
