• Looking for body shop painting experience but also open to industrial painting experience

• Essential Skills
• + 5+ years of industrial spray painting experience.

+ 3+ years of lead experience, including paint preparation and production. + Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects. + Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes. + Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in a lead role, even if from a different skill set, is acceptable as long as painting skills are present. + Ability to complete performance evaluations and conduct real-time coaching conversations. + Capable of training new hires.

• The role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed, and climb portable ladders. The use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. • Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
