Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, primers, sealers, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute residential painting projects that include interior walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and restoration work. Perform commercial and industrial painting tasks on large-scale structures with precision and efficiency. Assist with maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, fixture installation, caulking, restoration projects, and general handyman duties. Operate various hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience in residential painting with a solid understanding of surface preparation techniques. Hands-on experience in commercial or industrial painting projects on construction sites or renovation projects. Experience with construction site safety procedures and working in diverse environments including renovation sites or maintenance settings. Ability to operate hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers; power tools including airless sprayers; welding equipment; and other relevant machinery. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. Additional handyman experience or skills in fixture installation can be an advantage.
