We're looking for a skilled Painter to join our Completion Team. In this role, you'll prepare, paint, and finish awnings and structural products to meet precise quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with spray-painting techniques, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and paint awnings and structural products using approved non-high-pressure (non-airless) techniques Apply coatings and finishes that meet LF&MS specifications and quality expectations Read and interpret job tickets accurately to ensure product requirements are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Load paint mix system updates and safely dispose of materials such as filters Follow all company safety guidelines and ISO compliance procedures Collaborate with team members and assist in cross-training efforts Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency initiativesRequired Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:
Minimum of one (1) year painting experience related to LF&MS products or similar industrial/structural painting workSkillsAbilities:
Proficient in paint sprayer and respirator use Knowledge of coatings, materials, and application techniques Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Dependable, organized, and safety-consciousPerformance Expectations:
