Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new construction, utilizing your skills in painting, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Work from heights using ladders, step ladders and boom lifts. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers or airless sprayers. Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Drywall finishing experience is a plus but not a requirement. Conduct maintenance tasks such as touch-ups, restoration work, and surface repairs to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Operate hand tools and power tools skillfully for surface preparation and finishing; utilize welding or concrete finishing techniques when required. Experience ( preferred , not require) We will train the right candidate Proven experience in painting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings with a solid understanding of construction site safety. Hands-on experience with various surface preparation techniques. Ability to operate airless paint sprayers and other power tools efficiently; experience hanging and finishing Sheetrock a plus.
