The day begins. You step in with purpose. Here's what it takes to succeed with us. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Willing to learn and follow directions Able to wear full PPE for extended periods Prior manufacturing or labor experience is helpful but not required What You'll Do Clean and prepare metal parts for finishing work Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, old paint, and debris Prep surfaces using basic hand tools (scrapers, brushes, sandpaper, etc.) Apply protective coatings such as paint or similar finishes Follow work instructions and safety guidelines carefully Inspect parts to make sure they are properly cleaned and ready for coating Work safely using required protective equipment (PPE) Training & Work Progression Start in the blast booth full-time during training Gradually cross-train into painting and coating work Long-term goal: balanced mix of blasting and painting duties Work involves handling high-pressure blasting equipment and airflow resistance Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting with metal parts Loud, physically demanding environment Full protective gear required, including enclosed blasting suit with supplied air Not climate-controlled and requires physical endurance Why This Role?
