Painter

We are seeking an experienced, dependable painter to join our team at Sean`s Miracle Painting. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience, be confident using airless paint sprayers and be capable of running projects independently when needed. Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and overall ability. Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Painter/Laborer with strong knowledge of residential and light commercial painting. The right candidate will take pride in their work, maintain a professional attitude on job sites, and understand the importance of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brush, roller, and airless spray equipment. Properly prep surfaces including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming. Operate airless paint sprayers safely and efficiently with clean, professional results. Complete drywall, stucco, and minor repair work as needed before painting. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Work independently or with a crew to complete projects on schedule. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members. Load/unload materials and perform general labor tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience

REQUIRED.

Must know how to use and maintain airless paint sprayers. Must be capable of running a job independently from prep to finish. Experience with interior and exterior repaint work. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable transportation required. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and handle physically demanding work. Positive attitude, dependable, and punctual. Ability to work well with others while also being self-motivated. Preferred Experience Knowledge of drywall repair, stucco repair, and trim work. Familiarity with premium finishes and spray applications. Experience leading or managing small crews is a plus. Pay is based on experience and ability. Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
