• 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available) Industry construction, trades & mining (Construction and Extraction Occupations) Reference number S_175595 Our client is a premier industrial shipping container manufacturer seeking dedicated team members to join our production department.

We are currently filling two roles: a Weekend Industrial Painter and a Weekday General Laborer.

Responsibilities:

For the

Painter Role:

• Operate industrial spray equipment to apply primers and finishes to shipping containers.
• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, cleaning, and masking.
• Maintain spray guns, pumps, and booth filters.
• Inspect finished units for runs, thin spots, or debris to ensure high-quality standards.

For the

General Laborer Role:

• Support the fabrication team by moving materials and prepping metal surfaces.
• Operate basic power tools, such as grinders and drills, to clean welds and edges.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by removing debris and organizing hardware.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of heavy containers and steel components.

Working hours:

5:00 AM

• 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing or welding environment.
• Familiarity with airless spray systems or HVLP equipment. ...
• Forklift experience is a plus for the General Laborer role.

Education:

No Degree Required Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Must have a proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand for 10???12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment.
• Strict adherence to PPE requirements (respirators for painters, steel toes, eye protection).
