Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2-5+ years painting experience preferred Experience with: Brushing & rolling Spraying (airless preferred) Understanding of proper prep (or willingness to learn at a high level) Ability to: Mask windows, floors, and surfaces properly Protect furniture and maintain clean workspaces Comfortable with drywall repairs Comfortable working on ladders at varying heights and in different environments

Your Role:

Learn and follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs) on every job Prep surfaces correctly (sanding, patching, caulking, priming) Paint cleanly and efficiently (brush, roll, spray) Work with the crew to complete jobs on time and at a high standard Keep job sites clean and organized
