Painting Subcontractor exterior

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Exterior Painting Subcontractor or painting company to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior painting services on residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a company or individual who understands the correct prep work and does a job they can stand behind for 3 years. We have 2 styles of getting our price. For easier to bid straight forward jobs we would send you pictures, videos, and a written description and tell what we can pay.

Example:

" Jane Smith in Perkasie has a 10x10 deck here is pics, we can pay $1000" or if it is not so easy to estimate we would say this person lives in Perkasie PA they want XY and Z done how much would you charge We need someone who can turn around and get us a price with in 48 hours of getting the photos and videos. We use this system with other sub contractors and it seems to work well. We do have 3 other subs we work with but their calendars are getting filled up and we need to add a few more sub so our customers don't need to wait until July or August. We want people who are doing the work not subbing it out to other people. a 2 to 3 man crew would be ideal. Duties We need insured companies or people with un lettered vans We want you to know how to prep and do the job and include all that in your price. For example if we sent you a deck in Perkasie that needed to be sanded, pressure washed and painted, you would give us a price that includes all that, not paint it with out pressure washing and say "no one told me to pressure wash so i didnt" Prepare exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers, including airless paint spraying techniques. Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, and stucco application to create a smooth foundation for painting. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assess project scope and specifications. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various tasks like trim carpentry, framing, or fixture installation. Conduct restoration and renovation work on existing structures, ensuring adherence to color theory principles for aesthetic consistency. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while following safety protocols on construction sites. Experience Proven experience in exterior residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction estimating processes. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to exterior building work. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including scaffolding setup, masonry, concrete finishing, and framing carpentry. Knowledge of various painting techniques such as industrial painting and airless spray systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance of painting machinery. Background in related trades such as plastering, masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry), or handyman services is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and project estimations while maintaining safety standards.
