Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nursing Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of California Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation Understanding and acceptance of hospice principles of care Strong knowledge of medicine, pharmacology, pain and symptom control, and patient admissions criteria Haven Health is committed to serving patients and their families with compassion, dignity, and respect.
