Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Assembler to join our wire harness production team. In this role, you will assemble large electrical panels and harness systems used in rail transportation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team‑focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble large wire harness panels according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to install components such as circuit boards, relays, connectors, and wiring. Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to ensure correct placement of components on PCB (Printed Circuit Boards). Conduct inspections of assembled panels using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools to verify accuracy and quality. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly, especially with mechanical assembly, or electrical wiring. Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and surface mount technology (SMT). Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices such as an ohmmeter. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting circuits, and understanding electrical safety practices. Basic machining skills are a plus for component installation or modifications.
