Job Description
Medcor is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a full-time, employer-based clinic in Richland/Hanford, WA . This is a great opportunity to practice Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care in a collaborative, team-focused environment—with a schedule designed for balance.
Position Highlights Schedule:
Four (4) 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) ~ Daytime schedule (Monday- Thursday, with one day a week 930a
- 8p) No weekends or on-call requirements

This is not a new grad opportunity About the Role In this role, you will deliver high-quality care in a busy clinic setting while collaborating closely with on-site staff, Medcor leadership, and client stakeholders. You'll be supported by an assigned oversight physician and work within a strong team-based care model. The clinic provides a broad scope of services , including: Diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses Urgent care services Surveillance and regulatory exams Preventative and wellness services A Typical Day Includes Providing patient-centered clinical care and excellent customer service Treating injuries and illnesses using Evidence-Based Medicine Collaborating with internal teams and client professionals (HR, safety, environmental) Supporting wellness and preventative care initiatives Documenting care in EMR systems Educating and coaching patients on treatment and healthy behaviors Requirements Active, unrestricted Washington state license Current DEA and BLS certification Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity Excellent communication skills (patients, clients, colleagues) Team-oriented with a positive, outgoing approach Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment Willingness to go above and beyond for patient care Preferred Experience Occupational Health Work-site clinic setting What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Paid Time Off Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with match CME time + allowance Malpractice coverage And more Why Medcor Time with patients- focus on doing the job right the first time Work-life balance
