This role involves coordinating with clients, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and third parties to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include preparing and organizing closing documents, loan documentation, settlement statements, and real estate agreements such as leases, easements, and purchase agreements. The role also includes reviewing title searches, surveys, zoning materials, and assisting with resolving title-related issues while managing critical deadlines and post-closing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions and closing processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in legal and office software is required.
