Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in handling complex plaintiff-side injury cases involving serious and life-altering injuries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases from intake through trial preparation in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Manage catastrophic personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, and case-related documentation Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance companies, and courts Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and trial schedules Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, mediation, and trial preparation Review, summarize, and analyze medical records and discovery materials Coordinate expert witnesses and prepare case files for litigation Qualifications Previous plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience required Experience handling catastrophic injury or complex litigation matters preferred Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and contributing to successful case outcomes.
