Las Vegas, NV Schedule:
Full Time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast paced and high stakes legal environment. This role requires exceptional drafting abilities, strong case management skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of attorneys handling complex matters. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the firm's diverse client base. This is a senior level support role within a firm known for its strategic litigation approach and commitment to excellence. The Paralegal will play a critical role in preparing cases for negotiation, mediation, and trial. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with minimal supervision Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings with precision Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review Organize and maintain complex case files and evidence Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from pre litigation through trial Ideal Background Three or more years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation Strong drafting, research, and case management skills Familiarity with state and federal court procedures Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
