Paralegal (Direct Hire)

  • $55,000 We are working with a well-established law firm in Philadelphia seeking a Paralegal with experience in real estate, foreclosure, and/or collections law.

Key Responsibilities Prepare legal pleadings, responses, and correspondence Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and follow-up tracking Coordinate service of legal documents and court filings E-file documentation with court systems and maintain accurate records Review legal dockets using platforms such as PACER and LexisNexis Manage high-volume document preparation and mailing Maintain and update internal databases, tracking systems, and reports Analyze data to support internal and client reporting needs Collaborate with clients, courts, and local government offices Qualifications Experience in real estate law, foreclosure, tax liens, or collections required Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with PACER, LexisNexis, and document management systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
