This full-time, onsite position offers 30-31 hours per week and extends from ASAP through June 19, 2026. Make a difference every day by serving as a key support resource for teachers and students as part of an Emotional Regulation Impairment (ERI) program.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) Familiarity with working in school settings or with children/adolescents Ability to respond calmly and effectively to students exhibiting maladaptive behaviors Experience supporting students with emotional or behavioral needs is highly valued Effective communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers and staff Desire to make a positive impact in the lives of middle school students

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students demonstrating complex behaviors, helping implement intervention strategies Assist teachers and teacher assistants with instructional support and classroom management Contribute to the ERI program's mission by fostering a supportive, structured environment for participating students Facilitate communication and understanding between students and staff Monitor student progress and contribute to documentation as needed for program goals This role offers the chance to grow professionally within a collaborative school setting while playing an essential part in the educational journey of students facing unique behavioral or emotional regulation challenges.
