Paraprofessional For School Health Case

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated paraprofessionals to join our healthcare team. This position requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Perform medical documentation accurately and timely to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Conduct procedures such as catheterization. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse. Provide infant care when necessary, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for young patients. Lift and transport patients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Qualifications MUST have at least one year of paraprofessional experience. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards. Previous experience in pediatric or infant care is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
