Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact every day by joining a welcoming school community near Tullahassee, OK as a full-time Paraprofessional. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting students with special needs as they learn, develop, and succeed. Working from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., you'll partner with experienced educators to provide hands-on assistance in both one-on-one and classroom settings. Your efforts will directly influence student achievement by helping implement goals outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Planning and Placement Team (PPT) plans. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized support to keep students engaged, motivated, and confident Apply targeted strategies and accommodations to enhance learning and communication Work collaboratively with teachers and staff in a team-focused environment Monitor and communicate student progress to support effective instruction Encourage positive social interactions and appropriate behavioral development
Qualifications:
