is an aerial adventure unlike anything you've experienced before! With 9 total courses, you'll find yourself challenging your boundaries as you swing, climb, balance, traverse and zip-line through our treetop adventure. The
PARK SUPERVISOR
always has safety top of mind. They promote a positive and professional environment for fellow team members and guests. Their primary responsibilities include performing daily operating tasks and procedures to keep the park safe and processes flowing effectively, while helping guide a team of park staff including Monitors 1, 2, 3, Hosts, and Harnessers. The Park Supervisor reports directly to the Park General Manager and/or Senior Supervisor.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Enforce safety policies, procedures, and inspection compliance and documentation at all times. Assists management in team member training sessions throughout the season. Performs ground and course maintenance. Adheres to strict course, harness, ground, gear + equipment inspections, documentation and compliance Coordinates accurate daily staff zone rotations according to dynamic guest count and flow Monitor and assist guests as they traverse the park, including the ability to safely and quickly rescue guests on the course in all situations/scenarios. Harness guests with the ability to deliver clear and concise gear demonstrations/safety briefings Serve as a first responder in emergency situations calmly and professionally, documenting all scenarios accurately. Ensuring all team members meet all customer service expectations, performance and safety standards at all times. Learn point of sales system and procedures Help plan and implement youth summer camp activities Ability to react quickly in a variety of situations Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 Industry experience preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and accurately Ability to handle multiple running processes simultaneously Experience supervising a team Strong customer service and communication skills Love being part of a tight knit Team Comfortable with heights Can lift approx. 75 lbs Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
… Active CPR, First Aid, AED certified 18 years old + Prior zip line or ropes course experience
SCHEDULE
Full-time (32•40 Hours), Part-time (16•32 Hours) 7 days a week
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
