Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with parking vehicles using valet parking techniques when applicable Safely operate vehicles within designated parking areas, adhering to traffic and safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, providing receipts and change as needed Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management to coordinate parking activities effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure safety and accessibility Monitor the parking lot for security concerns or hazards, reporting issues promptly to management Support dealership or retail operations by providing friendly assistance and information to visitors Experience Prior experience in valet parking, driving, or customer service roles is highly desirable Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are preferred for diverse customer interactions Dealership experience or knowledge of automotive environments is a plus but not required Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods comfortably A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings Join us in creating a positive experience for every visitor while honing your skills in driving, cash handling, and customer engagement.
