Position Summary:

O2 Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant to ensure our parking lot is utilized by O2 Fitness members only while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming exterior environment. This role is essential in protecting our member parking, enhancing member experience and supporting overall club presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the O2 Fitness parking lot during assigned shifts. Ensure parking spaces are used only by O2 Fitness members and guests. Identify unauthorized vehicles parked in designated O2 spaces. Follow established procedures to request towing for unauthorized vehicles when necessary. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with members and the public. Pick up trash throughout the parking lot and surrounding exterior areas. Blow debris from parking areas, sidewalks, and entryways. Maintain clean sidewalks and exterior walkways to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Communicate any parking or safety concerns to club leadership. Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly exterior environment.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in potentially confrontational situations. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to walk, stand, and perform light physical labor for extended periods. Ability to operate a leaf blower and perform basic exterior cleaning tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous security, parking enforcement, facilities, or customer service experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of towing procedures and property rules preferred.
