Part Time Administrative Assistant - Bainbridge, PA Lancaster, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22566867 Summary Lancaster, PA In-Person $17.50 - $19.00 per Hour 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 20.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Part-Time Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused part-time Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team in Bainbridge, PA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting accounts payable processes and contributing to daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Onsite in Bainbridge, PA on Mondays (8 hours), Wednesdays (4 hours), and Fridays (8 hours) Key Responsibilities of the
Administrative Assistant:
Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including processing and paying vendor invoices Set up new vendors and maintain accurate records Research and resolve billing discrepancies Process check runs and maintain both digital and physical filing systems Collect and maintain vendor W-9 forms to ensure compliance Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end and period-end close procedures Provide backup support for accounts receivable functions as needed Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks to support departmental operations Requirements & Qualifications of the
Administrative Assistant:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience Accounting experience or coursework preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
