Consistent schedule:

8:00 AM

• 3:00 PM (no evenings, no weekends) In-clinic model (no driving between homes) Early intervention focus (ages 1-5) Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to support and mentor RBTs Responsibilities Manage a small caseload of approximately 4-6 clients Conduct developmental and skills-based assessments Develop and update treatment plans and behavior support plans Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary providers Provide biweekly parent training Complete documentation within Portia EMR Expectations Part-time billable expectations based on scheduled hours and caseload Complete assessments and reassessments within required timelines Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Reliable transportation Spanish-speaking preferred
