Job Description

Part-Time Property Light Maintenance Assistant The Miller Apartments in downtown Stillwater is looking for a dependable, part-time helper for basic property upkeep and small maintenance tasks.
Schedule:
Mondays & Thursdays 4 hours per day Duties may include: Taking dumpsters out for pickup and returning them to the garage Picking up outdoor debris and helping keep the property looking tidy Basic paint touch-ups Smoke detector battery changes Helping keep maintenance/storage areas clean and organized Simple handyman tasks and small projects as needed This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, handy, enjoys staying active, and takes pride in helping keep a building looking nice. No major maintenance experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to help. Please contact us if interested!
