What the day looks like In-home caregiving means spending time one-on-one with a client in their home. You'll help with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming — along with meal prep, light housekeeping, and just being a steady, dependable presence. The relationship builds over time. Most of our caregivers see the same clients every week, and that consistency matters — for the client and for you. The schedule We build schedules in blocks throughout the day and into the night. If your availability is mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, or overnights, there's a good chance we can match you with clients during those hours. We're looking for a consistent 15-20 hours per week.
