Schedule Part-Time, First Shift Thursday & Friday (Every other weekend) | 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Weekend Shift Differential Included What You'll Do As a Caregiver at Harmony Homes, you'll provide daily support and companionship while honoring each resident's independence and individuality.

Responsibilities include:

Providing gentle cueing and reminders for daily routines such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene Assisting with light housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas Supporting laundry and linen care Serving meals and assisting with post‑meal cleanup Administering medications safely after training Leading or assisting with engaging activities Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship Helping maintain a positive, respectful, home‑like environment What We're Looking For A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols Prior caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Must pass a background check and complete medication administration training Why Join Harmony Homes?
