Part-Time Cook / Kitchen Staff

Coasta Modern Mediterranean is looking for dependable, hardworking kitchen staff to join our fast-paced team. We are hiring part-time cooks to assist with food prep, line cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Pizza experience is a major plus, especially experience working with flatbreads, pizza ovens, or high-volume kitchens. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization Work stations including grill, fry, salad, and flatbread/pizza preparation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts Wash dishes and assist with kitchen closing duties Follow food safety and health standards Communicate and work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service Qualifications Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Pizza or flatbread experience is a strong plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask and stay organized Weekend and evening availability preferred Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time scheduling Positive team environment with growth opportunities
