Job Description

Join Our Growing Green Team! We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to help us deliver an excellent experience to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email. You'll help keep customer communication moving, support our team, and make sure customers feel heard, informed, and taken care of. Why Us? Landscaping can be busy and fast-moving, and we want our customers to feel confident that they are being communicated with clearly and cared for throughout the process. You'll be joining a growing company with a laid-back, team-oriented environment and a strong focus on creating a positive experience for both customers and employees. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Customer Follow-Up Help make sure customer requests, questions, and concerns are documented and followed up on properly. Administrative Support Help with day-to-day office tasks such as entering notes, organizing customer information, sending reminders, and supporting basic invoicing or follow-up. Team Communication Communicate clearly with the internal team so customer needs are passed along accurately and nothing falls through the cracks.

Using your customer service skills to deliver happiness to clients by responding to requests by phone, text, and email to ensure they are taken care of. Friendly & Professional You enjoy helping people and can communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully with customers. Dependable You show up when expected, follow through on tasks, and can be trusted to keep communication moving. A Team Player You are willing to jump in where needed and support the team during busy times. Compensation Hourly Pay:
