Part-time Delivery Help/Customer Service Rep.

Ace Rent-to-Own is one of the largest Rent-to-Own companies in the Midwest and has been a part of thriving communities for the past 40 years. We have approximately 150 employees and 24 different locations sharing the same integrity and core values we've held true since our first location. Ace Rent-to-Own has a current opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a full-time position that focuses on helping in the store and making deliveries to clients' homes. We have a starting pay of 16.00 an hour. Duties include Growing customer and unit sales base through effective in-store and in-home sales and collections. Controlling cash, inventory, and outstanding accounts receivable balances. Fostering a safety-first environment that protects employees, customers, and property. Assist in limiting past due accounts as necessary.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, delivery, the food industry, or any job that includes working with people is helpful, but an understanding and good attitude is needed to excel in this position. A good driving record is required (This includes having a valid driver's license). Highschool graduate or equivalent. Able to pass a drug test and a background check.
